Sales Jobs in Brazil: Who's Hiring Right Now (Oct 2026)

JobRise Team7 min read

You are hunting for a sales role in Brazil and want to know who is actually posting jobs right now, not a vague market forecast. Here is a dated snapshot of what one live feed shows, plus a plan you can run this week.

The snapshot, and what it counts#

On 14 October 2026, the JobRise live jobs feed showed 17 open sales roles in Brazil. Thirteen of those went up in the last 30 days, and 6 in the last 7 days alone. These are counts of open listings on one feed, not a market survey, so treat them as a picture of right now rather than a total.

For scale: across all categories in Brazil, the same feed showed 81 open listings on that date. Sales is a meaningful slice of that, which tracks with how Brazilian employers hire: commercial roles fill faster and churn faster than most functions.

Who is hiring#

Six employers carry most of the volume. Read them as they appear on the listings, because some are recruiters or staffing firms, not direct end employers.

  • Red Bull, 7 open listings. On-trade and field commercial work, such as "Mosqueteiro (Consultor/a On Trade)".
  • Bosch Group, 4 open listings. Heavy on senior and specialist sales: "ENGENHEIRO DE VENDAS SR - Foco Mineração / Região MG", plus two Brazil-China roles requiring fluent Mandarin, "KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Brazil-China) (35969)" and "SALES MANAGER (Brazil-China) (34692)", and "CONSULTOR TÉCNICO COMERCIAL SR (AUTOMOTIVO) - 36136".
  • Rentokil Initial, 3 open listings, including "Consultor Comercial Jr".
  • Pattern, 1 listing, "Customer Success Junior".
  • Elevenlabs, 1 listing, "Strategic Account Executive - Brazil".
  • Monks, 1 listing, "Performance Media Analyst".

Two names stand out. Bosch is hiring for trade with China, and that means Mandarin is doing real work in the Brazilian sales market, not just English. Elevenlabs and Monks show that global digital and AI-adjacent companies hire Brazilian commercial talent for local or regional coverage, often remote-first.

Where the jobs are#

São Paulo leads with 3 listings. Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Curitiba, and Porto Alegre follow. Notice the spread: this is not a São Paulo-only market. The Minas Gerais mining corridor shows up explicitly in the Bosch role, and the south and interior of São Paulo state carry real volume.

If you live outside the capitals, filter by city but do not stop there. Several of these roles cover a region or a country, so the city on the listing is often a base, not a fence.

What the job-type mix says#

Fourteen of 17 are full-time. Only 3 are contract. That mix points to employers investing in permanent commercial headcount, which usually means they expect demand to hold through the year.

The market shape behind the numbers is mixed. Big tech and multinationals dominate the senior end: Bosch, Red Bull, Rentokil Initial. Startups and product companies, like Elevenlabs, want hunters and account executives. Agencies, like Monks, hire commercial-adjacent analysts and media roles. Public sector sales work does not appear in this slice at all.

Entry-level is thin. Only 2 of 17 listings carry junior, intern, graduate, or trainee-style titles: "Customer Success Junior" at Pattern and "Consultor Comercial Jr" at Rentokil Initial. If you are early career, expect to compete hard for those two, and to get more traction by targeting field sales and customer success rather than waiting for a formal trainee program.

One blunt reality: no listing in this slice shows a salary. That is normal in Brazil for commercial roles, where pay is often base plus variable and disclosed late in the process. Ask about the split early, and verify current market ranges from official sources like the Brazilian labor ministry's CBO tables or current job market reports before you negotiate.

How to apply this week#

Apply direct whenever you can. If the listing names a company, go to that company's careers page and apply there as well as through the feed. Recruiters and staffing firms are useful, but a direct application keeps you closer to the hiring manager.

Mirror the listing's keywords in your resume. If the role says "Key Account Manager" and "Fluente em Mandarim", those exact phrases need to appear in your document, in context. Run your resume through a free ATS resume checker before you send it, because large employers like Bosch and Rentokil use applicant tracking systems that filter on phrasing.

Worked example. A weak bullet reads: "Responsible for sales in the mining sector." A stronger one reads: "Grew mining sector accounts in Minas Gerais, closing R$ 2.1M in new business across 9 named accounts in 2025." Same job, second version names the region, the buyer, and the number. If you do not have a revenue figure, use meetings booked, accounts opened, or retention rate.

Sample answer for the "why this role" question at a Brazil-China account job: "I have sold into Chinese-owned manufacturers operating in Brazil for two years. I know the buying cycle is slower and more relationship-based, and I speak Mandarin at a working level, which removes friction in the first call." Short, specific, no fluff.

A 7-step plan#

  • Pick 5 target employers from the list above and note which of their open roles fits your background.
  • Rewrite your resume for each role, copying exact job titles and required skills from the listing into your summary and skills section.
  • Run each version through the free ATS resume checker and fix anything it flags before submitting.
  • Apply direct on the employer site, then apply through the job feed, so you appear in both pipelines.
  • Write a 3-sentence note to the recruiter or hiring manager naming the role, the region you cover, and one relevant result.
  • Track every application in a spreadsheet: company, role, date, source, contact name, and next follow-up date.
  • Follow up once at day 5 and again at day 12, then move on. Momentum matters more than waiting on one process.

FAQ#

Are these 17 sales listings the total market in Brazil?

No. This is a snapshot of one live feed, JobRise, on 14 October 2026. Other boards, company career pages, and recruiter networks carry more roles, so use this as a current signal, not a complete count.

Do I need Mandarin for the Bosch roles?

Two of the four Bosch listings explicitly require fluent Mandarin, and they say so in the title. For the mining engineering and automotive consultant roles, the listing does not state it, so check the posting text before assuming.

Is it worth applying if I am junior?

Yes, but be selective. Only 2 of 17 listings are junior-level, so focus on those, plus field sales and customer success roles where employers hire for attitude and train on product.

Should I apply through a recruiter or direct?

Do both. Recruiters and staffing firms in this list open doors at multiple employers, while a direct application keeps you visible to the internal hiring team.

Why do none of the listings show salary?

Commercial pay in Brazil is often base plus variable and gets disclosed during the process. Ask for the split early, and check current official sources for market ranges before you negotiate.
