Sales Jobs in Spain: Who's Hiring Right Now (Oct 2026)
You want a sales job in Spain and you need to know who is hiring this month, not who was hiring six months ago. Here is the dated picture, plus a plan you can run this week.
The snapshot: 49 open sales listings#
On 14 October 2026 the JobRise live jobs feed showed 49 open sales jobs in Spain. Of those, 43 went up in the last 30 days and 28 in the last 7 days. That churn is good news. Most of what you see is still live.
These are counts of open listings on one feed, not a market survey. Treat them as a snapshot, not a statistic.

Who is hiring right now#
Delivery Hero is the biggest name on the board with 18 open sales listings, far ahead of anyone else, and if logistics or account management is your lane you should start your week there. Elastic follows with 5, then Stranger Soccer with 3. Yugo, Ajax Systems, Bosch Group, and Next Job Abroad each have 2. Oppizi, Sézane, and Stripe have 1 each.
Some of those names are recruiters or staffing firms, so the listing you apply to may not sit with the brand you end up working for. Read the fine print.
The roles span field sales, account management, and leadership. A sample of what is open right now:
- "Junior 3PL Account Manager - Spain" at Delivery Hero, plus a "Jr. Strategic Account Manager - Third-Party Logistics (Spain)" and a "Jr. Logistics Account Manager - Spain"
- "Account Manager - Barcelona - Catalan Speaker (They/She/He)" at Delivery Hero
- "SDR Manager" at Oppizi
- "Service & Sales Assistant - Yugo Alba Viu" at Yugo
- "Sales Assistant - Part Time - Madrid (M/F)" at Sézane
- "Account Executive, Professional Services Sales" at Stripe
- "Market Manager, Spain (Hotels)" at Airbnb
- "Sales Supervisor Spain & Europe - Marbella / Málaga - FMCG Industry" at Carazo Enterprise SL
Where the jobs are#
Madrid holds 20 listings and Barcelona 19, so 39 of the 49 sit in two cities and if you live in one of them most of the market is within commuting distance. That is the whole story of the map.
Outside those two, the pickings are thin. Marbella has 1, Sevilla has 1, and Santiago de Compostela has 1. Remote roles barely show up here.
If you are in Málaga, note the Carazo Enterprise SL role is listed as Marbella / Málaga. One of the few pointing outside the two hubs.
What the job-type mix tells you#
Full-time is 48 of 49, and the single part-time role is the Sézane sales assistant in Madrid, so if you need hours around studies or a side project this is not the month to look. Apply anyway if you want full-time.
The company mix says something bigger. Big tech is present but small: Elastic (5), Stripe (1), Airbnb (1), Bosch Group (2). Delivery Hero, at 18 listings, behaves more like a scaling operator hiring across logistics and 3PL sales rather than a single team filling one seat. Startups and niche players like Stranger Soccer (3), Ajax Systems (2), and Oppizi (1) are each hiring a handful, usually for roles where one person covers a lot of ground.
Recruiters and staffing firms like Next Job Abroad (2) sit in the mix too, which usually means contract or placement work. The public sector does not show up at all. Look elsewhere if that is your target.
Entry-level openings are rare. Only 3 of 49 listings carry intern, graduate, junior, or trainee style titles, and all three are Delivery Hero logistics account roles, so if you are early in your career your competition is squeezed onto those three. Heavy traffic. Be sharp.
How to apply this week#
Apply direct where you can, because a company's own careers page puts your CV in front of the hiring team instead of a queue, and queues are where good applications go quiet. Skip the middleman.
Mirror the listing's keywords. If the role says "3PL" and "Third-Party Logistics", use those exact phrases in your CV. If it says "Catalan Speaker", put your Catalan level in the first third of the page. Applicant tracking systems match words, not vibes.
Before you send anything, run your CV through a free ATS resume checker to catch formatting that silently drops your experience. Then widen the lens: the JobRise Hiring Report: Spain showed 308 open listings across all categories in Spain on the same date, with 241 posted in the last 30 days. Sales is one slice of a moving market.
For salary, none of the 49 listings in this slice shows a number, which is common in Spain for commercial roles, so ask the range in the first call and check current official sources for your city and role before you negotiate.
A 7-step plan you can run this week#
- List the 10 companies above and mark which ones you have a real fit for. Delivery Hero alone has 18 openings, so start there if logistics or account management is your lane.
- Open the sales jobs in Spain feed and filter by city. If you are in Madrid or Barcelona, you have 39 listings to work with.
- Pick your top 5 roles and copy the exact title, tools, and language requirements from each listing into a note.
- Rewrite the top third of your CV for each of those 5 roles, using the words from that note. Keep the rest of the CV stable so it still reads like you.
- Run each version through the ATS checker before you submit. Fix anything it flags about formatting or missing keywords.
- Apply direct to the company where possible, and track the date you applied. Follow up once after about a week if you hear nothing.
- Prepare for the salary question. Have a range ready, ask what the role is budgeted at, and verify current numbers from official sources before you commit.
FAQ#
How current are these numbers?
They are a snapshot taken on 14 October 2026 from the JobRise live jobs feed. Listings move fast, so counts will differ if you check later.
Are these companies hiring across all of Spain?
Most listings cluster in Madrid and Barcelona. Marbella, Sevilla, and Santiago de Compostela had 1 listing each in this snapshot.
Do any of these sales jobs show a salary?
No listing in this slice showed a salary on 14 October 2026. Ask for the range in the first call and check current official sources before you negotiate.
Is there anything for someone with no sales experience?
Only 3 of 49 listings had junior, trainee, or similar titles, all at Delivery Hero in logistics account management. Competition on those three will be heavy.
Should I only apply to the biggest hirer?
No. Delivery Hero has the most openings, but roles at Stripe, Elastic, Airbnb, and the smaller firms can move faster and pay differently. Spread your applications.
