What interviewers will test first in Dublin

Recruiters and site managers scan for licenses, hands-on experience, safety record, and keywords. For Construction Project Manager, your resume should show your tickets or certifications, the equipment and systems you work with, the sites or operations you supported, and the result. A vague list of duties does not help. A specific line with job size, volumes, uptime, on-time rate, cost, or safety incidents works much better.

Check this before sending another application.
