What first-job applications need first in Madrid

Recruiters scan for role fit, delivery record, and keywords. For Operations Manager, your resume should show the projects or operations you ran, the budget, team, and timeline you managed, the methods and tools you used, and the result. A vague list of duties does not help. A specific line with budget size, team size, on-time delivery, cost saved, or process time cut works much better.

Check this before sending another application.

  • Entry level
  • First proof
  • Fast applies
  • Put the exact job title and adjacent titles in your summary.
  • Mirror the top skills from the job description naturally.
  • Use 3 to 5 achievement bullets that show measurable outcomes.
  • Keep formatting simple so ATS software can parse every section.
