What interviewers will test first in Madrid

Recruiters scan for role fit, delivery record, and keywords. For Project Manager, your resume should show the projects or operations you ran, the budget, team, and timeline you managed, the methods and tools you used, and the result. A vague list of duties does not help. A specific line with budget size, team size, on-time delivery, cost saved, or process time cut works much better.

Check this before sending another application.

  • Use 3 to 5 achievement bullets that show measurable outcomes.
  • Keep formatting simple so ATS software can parse every section.
