What to rebuild after a layoff in Dublin

Recruiters scan for numbers, recent results, and keywords. For Sales Engineer, your resume should show your targets, what you sold or promoted, the channels or tools you used, and the result. A vague list of duties does not help. A specific line with quota attainment, pipeline, deal size, revenue, retention, CAC, or ROAS works much better.

Check this before sending another application.

  • Transferable skills
  • Proof rebuild
  • Applications
  • Put the exact job title and adjacent titles in your summary.
  • Mirror the top skills from the job description naturally.
  • Use 3 to 5 achievement bullets that show measurable outcomes.
  • Keep formatting simple so ATS software can parse every section.
