What recruiters will check first in Madrid

Recruiters and site managers scan for licenses, hands-on experience, safety record, and keywords. For Welder, your resume should show your tickets or certifications, the equipment and systems you work with, the sites or operations you supported, and the result. A vague list of duties does not help. A specific line with job size, volumes, uptime, on-time rate, cost, or safety incidents works much better.

Check this before sending another application.

  • ATS fit
  • Market proof
  • Interview prep
  • Put the exact job title and adjacent titles in your summary.
  • Mirror the top skills from the job description naturally.
  • Use 3 to 5 achievement bullets that show measurable outcomes.
  • Keep formatting simple so ATS software can parse every section.
