Your Role As a Defect Inspection Engineer/Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the defect-free quality of semiconductor wafers using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems and unpatterned wafer inspection. You will detect defects such as particles, scratches, haze, and surface roughness
