a. Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in projects SLURRY TBM OR NATM. b. Possess a diploma in the civil discipline or equivalent and be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS. c. Must be accredited as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) (Tunnel) under IES/ACES Specialist Accreditation Program
