Job Responsibilities (岗位职责): TCM Clinic Operations & Management (中医诊所日常与深度运营): 负责诊所整体日常运营管理，建立并优化标准化作业流程（SOP），提升病患看诊与服务体验。 深入了解中医诊所业务特性，协调中医师看诊、药房抓药/煎药及前台接待等各环节的高效联动。 Supply Chain & Inventory Management (中药与耗材供应链管理): 统筹中药饮片、科学中药粉、针灸耗材及诊所设备的采购、验收、储存及库存控制，确保无断货与过期损耗。 维护并拓展中药材供应商关系，进行价格谈判与质量把控。 Team Le
