About this role

职位职责： 创意策划与脚本（Creative & Scripting） 结合品牌调性和Instagram热门趋势独立撰写短视频脚本 追踪竞品的Reels内容，拆解爆款逻辑并输出选题建议 在创意中融入品牌视觉基因 拍摄执行（Shooting） 独立完成Reels素材拍摄 具备基础的布光能力和构图审美，擅长利用生活化场景和日常感光线营造松弛氛围 后期剪辑与包装（Editing & Post-production）。 每周至少需要产出1条Reels。 任职要求： 熟练操作拍摄设备（手机或微单），懂得利用景别变化提升画面丰富度。 熟练使用 CapCut（剪映国际版）、Premiere Pro 或 Fi
