Petit test
Guess first, no penalty. You have a full interview transcript and a deadline. Which task is safest to hand to AI first?
A transcript is the written text of a recording. Much of a writer's week isn't the writing itself: outlining, transcribing, trimming to a word count, writing headline options, turning one piece into a newsletter and social posts. That packaging work is where AI helps today.
The study we use, Anthropic's 2026 study of how AI is used at work, doesn't list writers in its Figure 3, "Most exposed occupations". So here are the tasks instead.
| Task | AI does today | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| Headlines | Many options in set lengths | Picking the honest one |
| Transcripts | Turns audio into text and main points | The follow-up question you ask |
| Editing for length | Trims to a word count | What must stay in |
| Repurposing | Turns one piece into other formats | What each format needs |
Your first win: honest headlines
A prompt is the message you type into the tool.
Here is my finished piece: [paste].

Promise nothing the piece doesn't support.
Don't change any wording in the piece.
Complétez les trous
