Je ondersteunt de ploegchefs bij een vlotte overdracht tussen de ploegen en neemt tijdens de aflossingen verschillende werkposten over (deegmakerij, lijnoperator en inpak). Je verzorgt de ontvangst van grondstoffen, voert de nodige controles uit en zet deze correct weg in overleg met de magazijnier
