About this role

What you'll do Monitor and maintain network, server, and application health day-to-day Provide 24/7 helpdesk support on a rotating weekly roster, one to two weeks per month (with standby and overtime allowance) Respond on-site to troubleshoot and resolve IT and AV faults Perform routine maintenance
