Guess first, no penalty. Your notes from Tuesday's call with Dana (your boss), Omar, Priya and Tom: the launch moves to 17 November; Priya sends the budget to finance by Monday 19 October; Tom books the venue; Omar suggested two contractors and Dana said she'd think about it; next call is the same four people. Tap the three recap lines your notes don't support.
AI recap: launch planning call
0 de 3 encontrados
AI mistakes in meeting recaps rarely look like mistakes. The recap reads clean, and nobody notices that a task moved to the wrong person or that an idea became a decision. Everyone who reads it acts on it.
So the recap has to be checked by someone who was there, or who has good notes, before any attendee sees it. A better prompt (the message you type to the AI) also helps: make the tool leave gaps instead of guessing.
A worked example
Here is the transcript of today's planning call. Write the recap in
three parts: decisions, actions, and open questions.
For each action, give the owner and the date only if someone said
them out loud. If not, write "owner?" or "date?".
Put ideas that were discussed but not agreed under open questions,
never under decisions.
