1. What JobRise is

JobRise is a free, ad-supported career toolkit for job seekers. It covers the whole job search: ATS resume scoring, a resume builder, cover letters, cold emails, interview practice, LinkedIn tools, a jobs board, and career guides.

2. The free pledge

Every tool here is free. Ads pay for it, you don't. No trial, no card, no locked features.

3. Who can use it

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One account per person.

4. AI-generated content

• All AI output (cover letters, cold emails, resume suggestions, interview answers) is generated by AI. Review it before you use it.
• We do not guarantee any job outcome. JobRise improves your application materials, but hiring decisions are made by employers.
• You own the content generated for you. We claim no rights over your resumes, cover letters, or other outputs.

5. What you can't do

• Don't use JobRise to generate spam or misleading content.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API.
• Don't upload illegal, harmful, or third-party content without permission.

6. Legacy paid accounts

Purchases made before May 2026 are still honored. See our refund policy for how refunds worked for those purchases. New users never pay anything.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. AI tools depend on third-party APIs and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We fix issues as fast as we can.

8. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

9. Limitation of liability

JobRise is provided "as is." We are not liable for job outcomes, lost opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which for most users is zero.

10. Your content and data

Content you submit (resumes, text, files) may be processed and stored to provide and improve the service. You keep ownership of your content. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We will notify users of major changes by email.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws for the service operator. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
