Prueba rápida

Guess first, no penalty. Anthropic's study measured which job tasks AI is actually used for at work. What share of workers had zero exposure, in jobs like cooks and mechanics?

Four findings, each with what it actually measured:

  • Hands-on work is least exposed. Anthropic's Labor market impacts of AI (March 2026) found 30% of workers have zero exposure, in jobs such as cooks and mechanics. Microsoft's Working with AI puts roofers and cement masons among the 40 jobs where AI applies least.
  • Employers expect growth. In the WEF's Future of Jobs Report 2025, construction workers are among the jobs expected to grow most in numbers by 2030.
  • Factories want AI skills. A Federal Reserve note, AI on the Factory Floor, found AI skill requirements reached 11 percent of manufacturing job postings, against 8 percent economy-wide.
  • No AI layoffs so far, in one region. In a New York Fed survey, no manufacturers in New York and northern New Jersey reported AI layoffs this year or last.
