Petit test
Guess first, no penalty. Your route app suggests a shortcut down a street with a low bridge your truck won't clear. What do you do?
AI doesn't drive your route, load the van or decide a road is too icy. It works on the data around the drive: maps, traffic, order details and the numbers your vehicle sends back.
Anthropic's 2026 study Labor market impacts of AI found that about 30% of workers have zero exposure to AI at work, in hands-on jobs like cooks, mechanics, lifeguards and bartenders. Driving work is mostly hands-on too. The screens around it are where AI shows up.
| Screen | AI does today | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| Route app | Suggests stop order, re-routes around traffic | Whether the road suits your vehicle and load |
| Arrival times | Estimates and updates each stop | Telling the customer when it's wrong |
| Customer texts | Sends "3 stops away" updates | The call when something goes badly wrong |
| Dispatch board | Suggests who takes a new job | Driver hours and who's really free |
Your first win: an honest delay update
A prompt is the message you type into the tool. Write it at the dispatch desk, or when you're parked safely.
Write a short delivery update for a customer.
Order: 5521. Window was 1 to 3 pm. New estimate: 4 to 5 pm.
Reason: road closure on our route.
2 to 3 sentences. Say sorry once. Give the time as a window, not a minute.
Don't promise anything I haven't listed.
Complétez les trous
