Petit test
Guess first, no penalty. A 2026 Anthropic study measured which job tasks people really use AI for at work. What did it find for legal work?
Anthropic's study Labor market impacts of AI (March 2026) found relatively little automation in legal work so far.
A paralegal is a trained assistant who supports lawyers with research, documents and case files. In that work, AI shows up as a first pass: finding possible cases, summarizing long documents, pulling clauses out of contracts and sorting files in e-discovery (finding and reviewing the documents in a lawsuit). Every AI step ends with a person checking it against the source, and the lawyer advising and signing.

A summary you can check
A deposition is sworn testimony given outside court and recorded word for word. A prompt is the message you send to the AI. This one makes the summary checkable:
Summarize this deposition transcript in 10 bullet points.
Give the page and line for every point.
Quote any admission word for word.
If you're not sure of a point, mark it [check].
