The study, Working with AI, looked at 200,000 Bing Copilot conversations. "Interpreters and Translators" scored 0.492, the highest. That tells you AI help applies to a lot of language work. It doesn't say who's responsible for the text. You are.
Machine translation, or MT, is text translated by software like DeepL, Google Translate or an AI chat tool. Post-editing means correcting that output for meaning, terms and tone.
