Guess first, no penalty. AI drafts a risk assessment (a written check of what could hurt someone on a job, and what you'll do about it) for tomorrow's site. Who decides it's right?
AI can write a tidy safety document that says nothing true about your site. It doesn't know the job in front of you, and it can't know which rules apply where you work. This course gives no safety advice of its own. It points you to the official rules.
The duty is real in every country this course covers:
- UK: the HSE says that under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, employers must at minimum identify hazards, decide how likely and serious the harm could be, and act to remove the hazard or control the risk.
- Germany: the BAuA says the Occupational Safety and Health Act has required all employers to systematically assess working conditions since 1996.
- US: OSHA carries out its mission "by setting and enforcing standards".

AI draft
All safety checks complete. No special hazards on this site. Standard procedures apply.
The kept lines make no claim the AI can't support. They say who checked, against what, and when.
