Prueba rápida

Guess first, no penalty. A study puts computer user support specialists at 46.8%. Which claim can you defend in an interview?

Anthropic's Labor market impacts of AI (5 March 2026) found AI could do 94% of tasks in computer and math jobs in theory, but covers about a third of them in practice today. It found no systematic rise in unemployment for highly exposed workers since late 2022. One signal sits apart: the job-finding rate for 22 to 25 year olds in exposed jobs is about 14% below 2022, a result the authors call just barely statistically significant.

We found no checked study of IT support work itself. The closest one followed 5,172 customer support agents at one company (Generative AI at Work). With an AI assistant, they resolved 15% more issues per hour on average, and "less experienced and lower-skilled workers improve both the speed and quality of their output".

So if you're new, you need proof of skill sooner than people did a few years ago. That's the honest picture. AI can also help you get good faster, as long as you keep checking its work.
