People analytics means using data about employees, like hiring, pay, survey answers and who leaves, to make better decisions. AI is good at grouping hundreds of comments into themes. It can be loose with counts, and it may reach for words like "most" and "many".
The fix is to ask for counts and real quotes you can check, and to read a sample yourself before anything goes to a leader.
