Write structured interview questions with AI

Module 1 : What AI already does in HR and recruiting

Plan du cours

Cette leçon n'est pas encore dans votre langue, la voici donc en anglais.

Petit test

Guess first, no penalty. Two interviewers meet the same two candidates. Whose notes let you compare the candidates fairly?

A structured interview means every candidate gets the same questions, in the same order, scored against the same guide. A scoring guide describes what a weak, an OK and a strong answer looks like before anyone is interviewed.

AI is good at the first draft of both, if your prompt (the message you type into the tool) names the job's real needs. You check that every question ties to a real need of the job, and that none of them asks about private life, like age, family plans or health.

A prompt for questions and a scoring guide

Write 5 interview questions for a customer support team lead.
Tie each question to one of these needs: coaching agents,
handling escalations, reading support data.
Ask about past actions: "Tell me about a time you..."
For each question, describe a 1 (weak), 3 (OK) and 5 (strong) answer.
Don't ask about age, family, health or anything not tied to the job.

Complétez les trous

Fill the gaps so every candidate faces the same fair test.

Prompt

Tie each question to . Ask about . For each question, describe .

Read the guide before you use it. If a "strong" answer just sounds like a confident talker, rewrite it to name what the person did.
