Guess first, no penalty. Which of these HR tasks can you safely hand to AI first?
Anthropic's 2026 study of how AI is used at work doesn't list HR staff or recruiters (people who find and hire candidates) in its Figure 3, "Most exposed occupations". So here are the tasks instead.
Most HR and recruiting work mixes two kinds of tasks. Writing and sorting can go to AI first. Decisions about people stay with you.
| Task | AI does today | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| Job posts | Drafts from a short brief | The real requirements and the final words |
| Outreach | Drafts messages to possible candidates | Who you contact and what you promise |
| Screening | Sorts and scores applications in some systems | The criteria and the fairness check |
| Interview notes | Summarizes what was said | What it means, and the decision |
Many of these features sit inside an ATS (applicant tracking system, the software that collects and sorts applications).
Hand over one draft
A prompt is the message you type into the tool. Here's one for a job post rewrite, the safest first task:
Rewrite this job post in plain, inclusive English for a customer support role.
Short sentences. Remove slang and any words that hint at age or gender.
Keep only these requirements: [list the real ones].
Don't add benefits, pay or policies I haven't given you.
Preencha as lacunas
Fill the gaps so the draft stays true to the real job.
Prompt

- 1.Take one job post your team uses. Run the prompt above on it, then check every line against the real job before you'd post it. Save it in a new document called "fair hiring kit". You'll add to it in each lesson of this module.2 min
