Finance Jobs in the UAE: Who's Hiring Right Now (Oct 2026)

JobRise Team6 min read

You keep applying for finance roles in the UAE and hearing nothing back, and you are not sure which companies are actually hiring. Here is a clear read of the market, taken straight from live job listings rather than guesswork.

The snapshot: what the numbers say#

As of 14 October 2026, there are 21 open finance listings in the UAE on JobRise's live feed. You can browse them all in our finance jobs in United Arab Emirates section, but read the caveats below first.

Of those 21, 11 were posted in the last 30 days and 7 in the last 7 days. That means about a third of the visible market is fresh this week, so timing matters.

Every single one of the 21 is in Dubai. Not Sharjah, not Abu Dhabi, not remote. If you are job hunting in finance in the UAE right now, Dubai is where the listings are.

All 21 are full-time. No contract, part-time, or freelance finance roles showed up in this slice at all.

Who is hiring right now#

Fuku has the most open finance listings at 7, which is a third of the whole slice. The name shows up on the listings as the hiring entity, so treat it as your first stop when you browse.

Enclave Real Estate has 2 open roles: Property Investment Advisor and Senior Investment Advisor. Real estate investment advisory is clearly active.

A handful of companies have one listing each, and the roles are senior and specialised. White Spot Facilities Management Services LLC is hiring an Assistant Finance Manager (AFM) focused on financial planning, analysis and reporting. AHS wants an Investment Banker. PxGeo needs a Senior Finance Specialist in accounting. Luxarabia Real Estate L.L.C. is hiring an Investment Consultant for the European market. Swissquote has a Financial Controller role open. Aegis Group is recruiting a Head of finance on a CFO track.

DataOne and Rightangled also appear with one listing each. That gives you 10 named companies total in this snapshot, which is a decent target list for one week of applications.

What the mix says about the market#

The market skews heavily towards real estate, investment advisory and wealth management. Enclave Real Estate, Luxarabia, AHS and parts of Fuku's count point in that direction. Property-linked finance hiring is not cooling off in Dubai based on this slice.

There is a thin but real corporate finance layer. Swissquote's Financial Controller, PxGeo's senior accounting role, White Spot's Assistant Finance Manager and Aegis Group's CFO-track head of finance all point to companies wanting in-house finance leadership, not just dealmakers.

Big tech is barely visible here. DataOne is the closest thing to a tech name, with one listing. If you were hoping for a wave of fintech or big-tech finance roles, this snapshot does not show it.

Startups and agencies are also quiet in this slice. The listings are mostly established real estate, financial services and industrial firms. Public sector roles are absent entirely.

One blunt reality check: none of the 21 listings shows a salary. That is normal for the UAE market but it means you will need to ask about compensation early in the process rather than filtering by pay upfront.

The entry-level problem#

Zero of the 21 listings have entry-level titles. No intern, graduate, junior or trainee finance roles appeared in this slice.

If you are early career, this snapshot is not friendly. You have two realistic moves: widen the search beyond finance titles into accounting or operations analyst roles, or target companies directly with a speculative application even when no junior role is listed.

How to apply this week#

Apply direct wherever you can. Find the company careers page or the hiring manager on LinkedIn and send the application there as well as through the job board. Two touches beat one.

Mirror the listing keywords exactly. If the posting says "financial planning, analysis & reporting", those words belong on your CV, assuming you actually have that experience. Recruiters and ATS filters search for phrases, not vibes.

Before you send anything, run your CV through our free ATS resume checker. It takes two minutes and it will tell you if formatting is breaking your application before a human ever sees it.

A 7-step plan#

  • Pick 5 companies from the list above and open their careers pages today.
  • Rewrite the top third of your CV using the exact keywords from each target role.
  • Run the CV through the ATS checker and fix any red flags before applying.
  • Apply to the 7 listings posted in the last 7 days first, since they are freshest.
  • Send a short LinkedIn note to the hiring manager or recruiter at each company, two lines maximum.
  • Track everything in a spreadsheet: company, role, date applied, follow-up date.
  • Follow up once after 7 days, then move on if there is no reply.

FAQ#

Are these 21 finance listings the whole UAE market?

No. This is JobRise's live feed as of 14 October 2026, which shows 21 open finance listings in the UAE out of 191 open listings across all categories in the country. Treat it as a dated snapshot of one source, not a market survey.

Why is every role in Dubai?

That is simply what the listings show on this date. Dubai dominates UAE finance hiring generally because of DIFC and the concentration of financial firms, but check other emirates yourself if you are geographically flexible.

Should I apply if I do not meet every requirement?

Apply if you meet around 70 percent of the listed requirements and can speak to the rest in an interview. Job postings in the UAE often describe an ideal candidate rather than a fixed bar.

How do I find out the salary before interviewing?

Ask the recruiter for the range in the first screening call, framed as wanting to confirm alignment before taking more of their time. Typical reported ranges for these roles vary widely by seniority and sector, so verify current numbers with official UAE sources and the employer directly.

Is real estate finance a safe long-term bet in the UAE?

It is the most active slice in this snapshot, with Enclave Real Estate and Luxarabia hiring, but no sector is guaranteed. Build transferable skills in financial analysis and reporting so you can move between sectors if hiring patterns shift.

Send this to whoever has the interview this week.
