Remote Sales Jobs Open to Brazil Applicants (Oct 2026)
You are job hunting from Brazil and every "remote" listing seems to want someone in Austin or Berlin. The gap between "remote-friendly" and "remote from Brazil" is where most applications die, so let's look at what is actually open right now and how to approach it.
What is open right now#
As of 14 October 2026, JobRise shows 67 open remote sales jobs whose listings say applicants in Brazil are accepted. This is a snapshot of live listings on jobrise.io, not a market survey. In the last 30 days, 50 of those were posted, and 33 went up in the last 7 days alone.
That pace matters. A listing posted three days ago is far more likely to still be reviewing candidates than one posted five weeks ago.
The employers with the most open listings in this slice are Community Sports Partners (18), Datadog (9), Huzzle (6), Teltonika (5), Elastic (3), Figma (3), Gitlab (2), Joom (2), Stranger Soccer (2), and RateHawk (2). Some of these names are recruiters or staffing firms rather than the final employer, so read the fine print before you sign anything.
By job type, 66 are full-time and 1 is contract. Titles range from "Sales Development Representative" at Opperate to "Regional Sales Director, Commercial - LATAM" at Gitlab, plus roles like "Sr Customer Success Manager" at Monkey, "Sales Admin On-Demand" at Blueground, "Business Development Manager" at ProgressSoft, "Senior Customer Success Manager (Americas)" at RemotePass, "Enterprise Customer Success Manager at JoomPulse" at Joom, and "Regional Sales Manager | Networking Solutions" at Teltonika.
One blunt note: none of the 67 listings show a salary. Zero. If a listing elsewhere promises a specific guaranteed income for a remote sales role, treat that promise with suspicion.
Zero of the 67 look entry-level. No intern, graduate, junior, or trainee titles in this slice. If you are early-career, you will be competing against people with a few years of quota-carrying experience, so your application needs to show what you have actually sold or coordinated, even informally.
For broader context, JobRise shows 2,447 remote Sales jobs worldwide, and 81 open listings across all categories in Brazil through Jobs in Brazil.

What "remote" actually means here#
"Remote" is not one thing. In listings that accept applicants in Brazil, it usually falls into a few buckets.
Country-restricted remote means the company can hire in specific countries and Brazil is on their list. This is the cleanest setup. The listing names Brazil, so the employer already has a way to pay you.
Time-zone remote means the role is location-flexible but expects overlap with a team's working hours. A LATAM sales role often wants four to six hours of overlap with US Eastern time. From São Paulo that is comfortable. From farther west or on a different schedule, confirm before you apply.
Contractor versus employee is the big fork. Many international remote sales roles hire Brazilians as contractors, meaning you invoice the company and handle your own taxes. Others hire through an employer-of-record service, which employs you locally on the company's behalf. The job title will not tell you which. Ask.
Tax and contract basics, hedged#
I am not an accountant and rules change, so verify anything below with a Brazilian accountant and the current official sources before you sign.
If you work as a contractor for a foreign company, you typically register as an individual micro-entrepreneur or open a company, invoice monthly, and handle your own taxes and benefits. There is no paid vacation, 13th salary, or FGTS unless you build that into your rate.
If you are hired through an employer-of-record, you are a regular employee on paper. You get the standard Brazilian benefits, and the EOR handles payroll taxes. Your employer is the EOR, not the brand name in the job title.
Currency matters too. Contracts in USD fluctuate against the real. Ask how the rate is set and whether your invoiced amount is fixed in dollars.
Scam red flags to watch#
Remote sales is a common target for fake job offers, because the role is expected to reach out to strangers anyway. Watch for these.
- The recruiter contacts you only through WhatsApp or Telegram and refuses a video call.
- You are asked to pay for training, equipment, a "background check," or a starter kit before day one.
- The offer letter arrives before any real interview, and the pay is unusually high for the role.
- The company email is a free Gmail or Outlook address instead of a company domain.
- You are asked to receive money into your personal bank account and forward part of it somewhere. That is money muling and it is a crime.
- The "contract" is a Google Doc with no company registration number, no address, and no named signatory.
When in doubt, search the company name plus the word "careers" and confirm the role exists on their own site. If the recruiter is a staffing firm, verify the firm exists and has a real web presence.
How to stand out in a remote application#
Hiring managers for remote roles screen for three things: can you work unsupervised, can you communicate in writing, and can you cover the time zone. Show all three without making the reader hunt.
Rewrite your bullets to show outcome and method, not duties. Here is a before and after.
Before: "Responsible for sales outreach and managing client accounts in the region."
After: "Grew outbound pipeline in Brazil and Argentina from 12 to 40 qualified accounts in 9 months by rewriting cold email sequences in Portuguese and Spanish and running weekly discovery calls across US Eastern hours."
The second version proves output, language, and time-zone fit in one sentence. That is what gets a callback.
A short written pitch in your application helps too. Try this.
"I have four years of B2B sales in LATAM, most recently carrying a quota for SaaS renewals across Brazil. I work 13:00 to 21:00 BRT, giving full overlap with US Eastern, and I have worked as a contractor for foreign employers since 2023, so I handle my own invoicing and taxes. Happy to share a pipeline report from a recent quarter."
Your 7-step plan#
- Filter to listings that name Brazil explicitly. Do not waste time on "remote worldwide" if the country is not mentioned.
- Sort by newest first. The 33 roles posted in the last 7 days are your hottest leads.
- Tailor one master resume for sales, then adjust the top third for each role. Run it through the free ATS resume checker before you send it.
- Rewrite your two strongest bullets using the outcome-and-method pattern above.
- Add a short written pitch that names your time zone, languages, and work arrangement.
- Apply within 48 hours of the listing going up, then send one polite follow-up to the hiring manager on LinkedIn after five business days.
- Track everything in a spreadsheet: company, role, date applied, contract type, time zone, and next step.
Do step one and two today. Momentum beats polish.
FAQ#
Do I need to speak Portuguese to land a remote sales role from Brazil?
Not always, but it helps. Many LATAM sales roles want Portuguese and Spanish, while global roles want fluent English. Check the listing language requirements before applying and say in your pitch which languages you sell in.
Can I apply if the listing does not mention Brazil?
You can, but your odds drop. If the company has no way to hire or contract in Brazil, your application usually stalls at the offer stage. Confirm the hiring arrangement before you invest interview time.
What is the difference between an employer of record and a staffing agency?
An employer of record hires you locally and runs payroll on the company's behalf. A staffing agency may place you with a client on a short contract or recruit for a permanent role elsewhere. Ask who will actually pay your salary and on what contract.
How long does hiring usually take for these roles?
It varies by company and seniority, and no two processes are alike. Sales development roles can move in two to four weeks, while director-level roles can run two to three months. Ask the recruiter for their timeline at the end of the first call.
Should I quote my salary expectations in BRL or USD?
Ask what currency the contract is in before you quote. If the role pays in USD, quote in USD and note that you invoice as a contractor. Never guess the currency, because a mismatch early on can end the process.
Send this to whoever has the interview this week.
