Why it can be wrong
Your phone keyboard suggests the next word as you type. A chat AI does something like that, much bigger. It learned from a huge amount of text, so it writes what sounds right. It doesn't always check if it is true.
So it's strong at words, and weak at exact facts like numbers, dates and today's news.
