Quick check
Guess first, no penalty. Your CV is the document that lists your jobs, education and skills. Which line in a request to an AI tool stops it from adding a German level you don't have?
An AI chat tool is an app that writes answers to what you type. It can rebuild your CV in the German style in minutes, but the facts stay yours.
A prompt is the message you send to the tool. Before you paste your CV with it, remove your passport number and any ID numbers. They don't belong in the CV or in a public AI tool.
I am applying for jobs in Germany. Rebuild my CV below in the format
German employers expect:
- a table layout, most recent first, for work experience and education
- sections: personal data, work experience, education, language
skills, skills and interests
- language skills as CEFR levels, using only the levels I give you
- final grades exactly as I write them
Do not add any job, task, grade, certificate or language level that is
not in my CV. Put [confirm] wherever a date or detail is missing.
My CV: [paste]
My language levels: [for example English C1, German A2]
CEFR levels (from the Common European Framework of Reference) run from A1, the lowest, to C2, the highest. The levels in the result come from your last line, not from the tool. Each [confirm] it leaves is the tool doing its job: a fact only you can fill in, from your own documents.
Fill the gaps
Fill the gaps so the tool does the layout and leaves the facts to you.
