Pick one task you did with AI in the last few months and checked yourself. Work, study, volunteering and side projects all count. The best ones have a clear before and after, like a weekly report that took a day and now takes two hours, or a messy spreadsheet you cleaned up.
Then shape it like a short STAR story (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Keep it to about a minute, because this is usually one question among many.
