AI writes wrong answers in the same calm voice as right ones, and it knows nothing about the learners in front of you.

So three things go wrong most often:

Facts and answer keys: a confident error, or a key that contradicts the question.
Level: long sentences in a grade 4 worksheet, or baby talk for adults.
Examples: a holiday, a shop or a job your learners have never seen, or the same group always shown as the boss.
