Quick check
Guess first, no penalty. You ask AI for a risk list for your system upgrade. Which risk is it least likely to include?
A risk is something that might happen and hurt the project. Many teams keep them in a RAID log, a list of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
AI risk lists are generic. Scope creep (the work slowly growing beyond the plan), staff availability and vendor delays fit every project, so they're on every list. They're a fine checklist, and they aren't the risks that will sink yours. Those are specific, and they usually live in people's heads: who is leaving, which system nobody understands, which sponsor is losing interest.
So use AI for the generic checklist, then add the risks only you know. Write each one so someone can act on it: what could happen, the trigger (the sign it's starting), an owner and an action.
