Quick check
Guess first, no penalty. You manage social for a coffee chain. Which task do you hand to AI first?
Anthropic's 2026 study of how AI is used at work doesn't list social media managers in its Figure 3, "Most exposed occupations". So here are the tasks instead.
| Task | AI does today | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| Captions | Drafts versions in different lengths and tones | The brand voice and the final words |
| Repurposing | Turns a blog post into a carousel outline | Which idea is worth posting |
| Comments | Sorts questions from complaints | Complaints and anything sensitive |
| Reports | Summarizes an analytics export | Why the numbers moved |
Scheduling tools then put the posts out. In Meta Business Suite, Meta says, "You can also create or schedule posts, stories and ads for your business" (Meta). Scheduling is where AI drafts go public, so your last check happens before it.
