A status report repeats every week, which makes it the best job to hand to AI. The time goes when you write a new prompt each week, get a new format, and hunt for new invented details.

Save one prompt instead. Fixed sections, a rule for gaps, and your own RAG rule (red, amber, green status). Then run the same short routine every week:

1.Paste this week's raw notes into your saved prompt
2.Add the one decision you need, then send
3.Set the color yourself from milestone dates
4.Check every owner and date against the notes
5.Search the draft for "missing" and fill each gap from your records
