Quick check
Guess first, no penalty. Which 90-day plan is easiest to show your manager at the end?
A good 90-day plan has one AI skill, one human skill, and one project to show it. Pick the skills from the last lesson. Choose a project you can show your manager. Example: rewrite 5 help center articles so the bot answers better, and measure how often those topics still get escalated (passed up to a person).
Then set three checkpoints: what you will finish by day 30, day 60 and day 90. End with the sentence you will use to show the result, for example: "Escalations on [topic] fell from [number] to [number] after the rewrite."
A worked example
Here is a strong plan. A help desk is the software where tickets arrive.
AI skill: speed with AI drafting. I use our help desk's AI to draft the first reply to every refund ticket, then I fix tone and facts before sending.
Human skill: judgment on escalations. I will flag every ticket where the customer is angry or the case is unusual, and write down why each time.
Project: rewrite 5 help center articles on refunds so the bot answers better, then measure how often those topics still get escalated.
Day 30: all 5 articles rewritten and published. Day 60: I read 2 weeks of tickets on those topics and note what the bot still misses. Day 90: I present the escalation counts before and after, plus the next 5 articles I want to fix.
Fill the gaps
Fill the gaps so the plan can be checked at day 90.
