Guess first, no penalty. Your team asks how you use AI on test reports and change requests. What do you show them?
Save the request and the check together
A kit is a short set of saved requests you reuse, each with the one thing you always check. Keep it in a note your employer allows, and keep client details out of it.
A worked example
A prompt is the message you type to the AI. A kit card keeps the prompt and its check side by side:
Before and after
Switch between the bare request and the kit card.
Bare request
Write a change request for the pipe supports.
Kit card
Change request, pipe supports. Found, fix, cost and time as my own figures, and a written yes before work starts. Always check: the cost, the time and the drawing number against the source.
Your turn
Fill the gaps
Fill each gap in the kit card.
