Quick check
Guess first, no penalty. Your team wants to use AI on test reports, but nobody agrees on the rules. What do you offer first?
Share the checks, not just the tool
Being the AI person on a team means you help others use AI safely. You share the approved tools, the kit cards and the list of things to always check. Then you collect the mistakes people catch, and add them to the cards.
A worked example
A message to the team does the job of a rule sheet:
Team, I've put our AI kit in the shared folder: three cards for test reports, change requests and RFIs. Each card has a saved request and one line on what to always check. Before you paste anything, remove client names and drawing numbers, and use only the tools IT has approved. If you catch a mistake, add it to the card's notes.
Your turn
Fill the gaps
