Guest messages and review replies

Module 2: Do the job better with AI

Course outline

Quick check

Guess first, no penalty. A guest left a one-star review that says the room was dusty. You want a reply. What is the best use of AI?

Guest messages and review replies take time, and a bad one costs more than time. A review reply is public, and every future guest reads it. A pre-arrival email or a reply to a question has to be clear and correct too.

AI is good at the wording. You still own the facts and the promises. A prompt is the message you type into the tool, so put in the facts you've confirmed, and nothing else.

Good wording, checked facts

Thank the guest. Say we're sorry the room didn't meet their standard. Invite them to contact the front desk.
Don't mention any detail we haven't confirmed.

Facts housekeeping confirmed: the room was cleaned twice on Tuesday. The shower issue is not confirmed.
