Check before it goes out

Module 3: Judgment calls and your portfolio

Course outline

Quick check

Guess first, no penalty. An AI draft for a guest is polite, quick and well written. What is the last check?

Every draft needs a last check, and the mistakes in AI drafts often look like good writing. A time that moved, a price nobody agreed, a room type the guest didn't book, a promise nobody approved: they all read smoothly.

Read the draft twice. Once as the guest, and once as the manager who will be asked about it later.
